Welcome to Calvary Tabernacle Children’s Ministry!

At Calvary Tabernacle, we are dedicated to helping children build a strong foundation of faith in a fun, engaging, and age-appropriate environment. Our Children’s Ministry provides a safe, exciting, and Christ-centered space for kids to learn about Jesus, grow in their faith, and build meaningful relationships with other children and caring leaders.

Our Mission

Our mission is to partner with parents in nurturing the spiritual growth of children, teaching them about God's love, and helping them develop a heart for Jesus. We strive to make each child feel valued, loved, and connected to the church.

What We Offer

  • Children’s Church
    During the worship service, we also offer Children's Church, where kids can worship and hear a Bible message specifically tailored to their needs. Children's Church is designed for children from 4 to 11. Each week, children engage in age-appropriate Bible stories, crafts, songs, and activities that help them learn about God's Word in a fun and memorable way.

  • Children’s Events and Activities
    We host fun events throughout the year, including VBS (Vacation Bible School), holiday parties, and outreach events. These special activities help kids build lasting friendships and grow in their faith.

How to Get Involved

  • Bring Your Children on Sundays
    We invite you to bring your kids to join us for Children’s Church each Sunday. 

  • Volunteer
    If you have a heart for children and want to make a difference in their lives, we invite you to volunteer! Whether it’s assisting with activities, or helping with special events, there are many ways to get involved. Fill out a volunteer form at the Church Information Desk.

Special Events

Throughout the year, we hold special events and celebrations like:

  • Vacation Bible School (VBS) – An exciting week full of Bible stories, songs, crafts, and games, all focused on teaching kids about Jesus.

  • Children’s Worship Services – Fun services designed specifically for children to learn about worship, prayer, and the Bible in a hands-on way.

  • Holiday Parties and Family Nights – We celebrate the holidays with themed parties, games, and family activities to bring families together and share the joy of Jesus.
